7 Positive Affirmations for Kids

If you've been following me for a while, then you know how much I love the power of positive affirmations and pairing them with our essential oil jewelry to set your intention for the day!

It dawned on me the other day that I could be using them SO much more with my kids to help support them during the day- especially with my son starting his first year of Kindergarten!

Speaking positive words over them will build that inner confidence while filling their minds and hearts with goodness. We started saying affirmations together every day and it has had a huge impact! I hope it teaches them that their words and thoughts have power.

You can print these out and cut them up (or have your kiddo help if they are old enough!) and read them together every day. My son even wanted to write his own, so we used the space on the back to write more- here's a fun video of us doing them together!
